The restaurant on the side of the hotel is quite good. You are offered a buffet selection for breakfast and dinner. The variety of food is impressive and the staff speaks good English.

Rooms are comfortable enough, and decorated with a slight contemporary style. The shower has good power and the hairdryer works well.

Asking Again And Again

Though the food is good, service at breakfast time and the state of the room is not! Tables are not cleaned, so you have to ask the staff to clear them in order to sit down. Moreover, it's not unusual to have to ask the staff a number of times for the same request and there's no guarantee your wish will be fulfilled. The staff seem to have a knack of frequently promising things but never coming through.

A Bad Approach

Better organisational skills are needed. The staff's approach to solving issues is baffling, even if it is their fault. The gym and swimming pool has separate times for men and women. The hours are awkward as the women get the daytime work hours and the men receive very early inconvenient morning hours. You may encounter other things like slow water drainage from the shower and sink, stained carpeting, and faulty appliances.

Unfortunately, once you step out of the hotel you remain in the slums of India. Views from the room are sad.
