Hotel The Breakers Resort Inn (Virginia Beach, USA)

Guests appreciated the wide range of amenities in their rooms such as the refrigerators and microwaves which meant that they could prepare their own meals. All of the en-suites look out onto Virginia Beach and many said that sitting out on their balconies whilst admiring the ocean views was one of the highlights of their stay.

The popular Virginia Beach is just across the road from the hotel which many found very handy. As there is only a cafe on-site, guests appreciated having numerous cafes and restaurants within walking distance as well as being a block away from the Boardwalk with its numerous amusements and attractions.

The majority  found the staff to be friendly and hospitable always willing to assist the guests with their various issues and queries. Many said that they received useful information from the front desk personnel with regards to the local area and were made to feel well-looked after for their entire stay.

Guests said that the overall decor of their rooms looked rather tired as they objected to the old-fashioned wall papers and dated pieces of furniture. Quite a few described the bathrooms as equally dated and in need of modernisation.

The hotel's parking lot was said to be too small and cramped and unable to accommodate all of the vehicles especially at peak season.  Quite a few guests stated that they had to struggle to fit their cars into the rather tight spaces.

Guests objected to the fact  that the hallways are not air-conditioned as the air was said to be hot and stuffy and also noted that the air in the elevator was uncomfortably warm.
