If you get a room facing the ocean, you won't be disappointed. The view is magnificent and it only takes around thirty-seconds to get to the beach.

The hotel is good for the money when it comes to a beachfront property. Don't expect five-star accommodations; however, if you are looking for simple, no frills lodging this hotel might suit your needs.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. It's ashamed the hotel is not up to standard to balance with their hard work.

The parking is a trip in the literal sense. First of all, the parking lot is small and a block away. If you leave your spot, you can bet that it won't be there upon your return. Secondly, there seems to be an issue with towing around the area. Don't be surprised if you are sitting in a restaurant, enjoying a nice meal, and out of nowhere there's your car being towed down the street. It's expensive to get your vehicle back too.

You may find that the rooms and décor are outdated. Depending on your tolerance level, you might find the beds too hard and uncomfortable. Broken furniture, water leaking from the room upstairs, bad smells, cracks in the wall, bad paint job, appliances that don't work, grimy linens. It may be difficult to determine if the price is worth the stay.

You may experience uninvited visitors during your morning meal. Yes, bugs! The critters can be found crawling on the breakfast utensils, the counters, and anywhere they can reach.
