Everyone that works at this guesthouse makes it their business to say hello and greet you with a smile. They really can't do enough for you either which is very nice, especially for newcomers to the area. The owners also try to make themselves available as much as possible.
This old Victorian building has been very nicely decorated inside and it makes you feel right at home from the moment you walk through the door. The rooms are comfy and very cosy with plenty of warm bedding and soft pillows.
This guesthouse is ideally located just a stones' throw from the main strip where you'll find plenty of cafés and restaurants to suit all tastes. It's a great base for exploring Brighton and although there's no on-site parking, you can usually find street parking not too far from the front door.
It seems that although they offer cooked breakfasts at this guesthouse, they aren't always available. Some guests have spoken of their disappointment at finding only continental options in the dining area during their stay.
First impressions count and this place doesn't impress at first glance. It's a pity as the place is lovely inside and the outside décor and cleanliness doesn't really do it justice.
