Lonciano Estate takes its name from a water source in the Natural Park of Monte Morello, a place that boasts an incredibly rich history that is inextricably interwoven into the rhythms of lush nature. Estate Lonciano dates back to the thirteenth century (some historical research dating the artifact between 1015 and 1272) and was built as a home-farm of Reverend Nuns of St. Apart from these Angels and covers an area of about 82,000 square meters, consisting of scrub, forest, grassland, oak, walnut, almond, fruit trees and olive trees. The garden produces tomatoes, zucchini, cauliflower, while trees and plants bear fruit and produce the nocino, jams cherries, figs, plums, apricots, apples and more. The extra-virgin olive oil completes the picture of the production, which originally gave its name to the place because of the particular merits of the oil produced, and so Lonciano in the distant past was called Luntiano After a long and careful restoration a portion of the farm complex has been devoted to to bed & breakfast while the other, called the Granaio, is where the owners live.
