The hosts of this hotel were spoken of very highly by their guests, who mentioned that they made everyone feel very much welcome and at home and were remarkably friendly, courteous and accommodating. On a similar topic, the breakfasts they served up every day were thought to be superb, for both the choice of food provided and the taste of everything, while other meals enjoyed here were also said to be very well cooked and delicious.

Reviews left by those who stayed describe the rooms here as being spotless, highly comfortable and equipped with all of the essentials — including tea, coffee and biscuit supplies — and nice en-suite bathrooms. People were also impressed with the standard of servicing their rooms received while they stayed.

Guests mentioned that the sea views here were just wonderful and those who did not have these from their rooms did not seem too put out, as they could just walk outside and be right on Llandudno's northern beach promenade. Furthermore, they also reported that downtown shopping, Llandudno Station and even Great Orme were within walking distance.

The only minor issues that guests noted were that there is no lift to the upstairs rooms here — and a few number of flights of stairs to deal with — and also that the decor was slightly dated, in the opinion of a minority.
