Comments about this hotel aren't exactly glowing, but one positive that does come out of reviews is that it won't make too much of a dent in your travel budget. Rates are low and include essentials like Internet access, parking, and breakfast. It's worth a look if you want somewhere cheap.

Another good point about this hotel is its proximity to several restaurants, many of which of within walking distance of the property. As you might expect from the name, the hotel also offers easy access to attractions in downtown Nashville.

Many guests were disappointed by the standard of the rooms, with only a very small number describing them as clean. The various issues reported by guests who were less impressed include filthy carpets, ants and roaches running amok through the rooms, and specks of blood. One guest likened their bathroom to a crime scene.

Aside from the poor housekeeping, it also seems that there is a lack of on-going maintenance. Guests describe how fixtures such as sinks and toilet roll holders are barely attached to the wall. Other problems include missing door handles and broken air-conditioning units.

It seems that the staff at this hotel have had enough. Although a small number of guests found the staff was friendly, many describe situations where the staff was rude and indifferent to the needs of guests.
