Hotel Super 8 by Wyndham Lincoln North (Lincoln, USA)

There is one person on this property’s front desk team who consistently goes above and beyond the call of duty. These efforts certainly haven’t gone unnoticed and many past guests have taken the time to mention this particular member of staff by name in their reviews. This team member goes out of the way to answer questions, even offering discounts and upgrades, as appropriate. This sparkling, can-do attitude has made quite an impression on guests and really raised the profile of this hotel.

This property was once a Super 8, but has seen a total refurb under new management. The results haven’t gone unnoticed; in addition to this new look, many are particularly complimentary of the new bed linen and sheets offered by this property.

To round off its good points, a number of guests found that this property’s location was ideal. Situated just off of I-80, it put visitors within easy reach of downtown Lincoln as well as the city’s airport.

Interior noise was a particular issue at this hotel. Guests commented that thin walls and a lack of soundproofing meant that noise from adjacent rooms was a problem.

In addition to noise from interior units, many noted that the dearth of soundproofing here meant that a constant hum from I-80 was audible in guest rooms.

Finally, at the time of writing, many guests reported being disturbed by the renovation works here, which still appear to be on-going. Noise emanating from stair wells and hallways was a problem.
