Staff are really welcoming and always so polite and courteous to guests. They really make you feel like they are going out of their way to help you so that you have a comfortable stay here.

The rooms are well-equipped with everything you could need for your stay here with a microwave and a fridge particularly useful if you want to have some convenience food in the comfort of your room. The large flatscreen televisions are much better than the old style television which can still be found in some hotels and the air conditioning is particularly welcome at any time of the year let alone the hot summer months.

There's plenty to choose from at breakfast with tea, coffee and juice in addition to cereal, muffins, fruit and a waffle maker. It is everything you would expect from a complimentary breakfast and a great start to the day.

The carpets are completely worn through in places and in other areas it is so dirty that it is practically black. Some previous guests even went as far as saying that they didn't even remove their shoes due to the fear of getting their feet dirty.

There is a really strong smell of smoke in some rooms which left non-smokers disappointed and even guests who were smokers complained about the cigarette burns on bedding and on furniture.

There have been a number of reports that it is very dirty in places with stained bedding, dirty toilets and bathrooms, marks on the wall and everything just in dire need of a really deep and thorough clean.
