All 165 rooms on offer here feature oval-shaped bathtubs and bathrooms with windows, free Wi-Fi and there is a non-smoking floor. The rooms come with a large flat-screen TV, a work desk, tea and coffee-making facilities, toothbrush sets and a refrigerator. Guests can make use of a business corner and a convenience store, while this hotel also has meeting and banquet facilities. An Italian restaurant is found on the first floor of this hotel and a wide range of other dining options are just a short walk away. Sunroute Ginza is less than 15 minutes away from the Tsukiji Fish Market and the traditional Kabuki-za theatre on foot.
People were pleased with the beautiful modern facilities of this hotel and were also happy with the standards of cleanliness and the comfort offered by the beds in their rooms. Despite the size of these, people mentioned that they had all the amenities they needed, including a full, albeit cramped en-suite bathroom.

The location of this hotel is apparently fantastic and those who booked a stay here were very satisfied with being able to walk to all of the attractions of Ginza in next to no time at all. Once they were done with checking out the high-end shopping, dining and Tsukiji Fish Market, they said they were also close to Tokyo Station and mere minutes away from metro stations and convenience stores on foot.
The only negative point mentioned by those who stayed here was that the rooms were simply too small (for Western standards, at least), with some people finding it a bit difficult to manage in their apparently cramped quarters.
