The cleanliness at the property was almost negligible. There is dirt and cob webs everywhere in the rooms as well as the common areas. Apartments are dilapidated, beds are unclean and the sheets and towels provided are in a poor state, plus are not changed for over five days. Overall, guests said that the property looked like an abandoned zone.

Guests said that the pools were extremely dirty and it was impossible to take a dip in the water. There were black worms floating in the pools, there was litter and dirt everywhere and it was more of a swamp. The drainage system in the bathrooms was also poor, and the bathrooms were flooded easily. There was not even a bidet in the bathrooms and there were insects all over.

The property is located in a remote place, far away from civilization. Public transport is available in a gap of hourly basis. Guests said that it was more of a deserted area. There is no pedestrian crossing and there is nothing close by.
