Guests highly appreciated the clean and comfortable beds. They considered the experience to be one of the best due to the extremely relaxing beds and pillows provided, and made it so hard for them to get up and leave in the morning. The perfect texture, which was not too soft nor too firm, made them sleep soundly at night.
The relaxing pool area that included sufficient amount of sun loungers were enjoyed guests. It was perfect those who just want to take a quick dip apart from the beach.
Due to the poor Internet provided on-site, guests were not able to connect properly especially inside the rooms. Guests can only access the Internet in specific areas or anywhere outside the rooms, which was a very inconvenient experience.
Guests had issues with the limited parking slots available at the motel. Those who had to leave for a while did not have any parking space available when they got back. The undercover parking was very uncomfortable and lacked enough space especially during holidays or when there were special events in the area.
Aside from the poorly functional shower drain and towel racks, most guests also had issues with the lack of enough hot water during the night. As a result, they had difficulty getting proper wash or shower especially the kids.
