The Summit Manor Condominiums in Gatlinburg are a good choice of accommodation for guests who enjoy the best of both, the calm mountains and the bustling city. The condos are in a location convenient to enter the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. The downtown with its busy shopping areas and other attractions is only half a block away from the property. The Ober Gatlinburg Aerial Tramway and Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies is a 15-minute walk from the establishment.

The 41 condos are upscale and opulently furnished. Each condo has a private deck with a seating area featuring views of the mountains or downtown. Luxuries like gas fireplaces with pebble exterior and jetted tubs are also present in addition to the standard features like satellite TV, hair dryer, and iron and board. All condos have full kitchens with washer and dryer as well. Bathrooms are en suite.

The condo has an outdoor swimming pool lined with deck chairs where guests can relax after a swim. A hot tub is also present. The condos are equipped to hold meetings or events with ample space and professional facilities like catering, audio and video presentations, modular stage and a spacious dance floor. Staff is present 24 hours at the reception. Laundry facilities are extended to the guests. The restaurant with a charming wood decor is open from 11 AM to 11 PM. Guests can park their car freely on site.

Wi-Fi connection is an issue as it is slow and erratic. Mobile phone signals do not work well either and guests feel disconnected.

Guests have faced problems with the air conditioning units as they do not work well. Additionally, the ceiling fans are too noisy to use.

Some guests are not too happy with the cleaning service as they have found dust in the rooms, dirty bathrooms and dish washer loaded with used dishes.
