All of the guests loved that they get to stay at the heart of a fantastic neighbourhood. The property is just a stone throw from a health food store, grocery store, wonderful open-air fish and vegetable markets and more. Attractions like Campo Santa Margherita, Fondamenta Gherardini, and Gondola Point can also be reached easily.

Marco, the property manager, was often mentioned on reviews as being friendly and helpful. Guests loved his enthusiasm on assisting them, and he always impressed them by fulfilling difficult requests he wasn't required to do.

Rooms here are spotless, and most of them offer a majestic view of the Canal Rio del Carmini. They are also excellently soundproofed, so no noise from outside can enter. Guests also commented that the quarters here are bigger than in most other old cities around the Europe.

Guests were disappointed to see the limited number of equipment in the in-room kitchen. They said there was only two hot plates and microwave, and that the meagre facilities limited their capability of food preparation. There was also no kettle in the rooms to boil water.

Previous guests also complained about the lack of hot water during shower. Those who have hot water reported that it run out very quickly, and that they were always forced to continue showering with cold water.

A number of guests mentioned in their reviews that there were mosquitoes inside their rooms. They blamed the window for not having a protective net. Thus, some of them had to buy spray and insect repellent lotion to deal with the issue.
