Hotel SpringHill Suites Orlando Altamonte Springs/Maitland (Altamonte Springs, USA)

Guests were always greeted with a warm smile. Guests found them to be polite and courteous. They were also professional and accommodative.  Guests were treated as a part of the family. Check-in was done quickly.

Guests found the central location of the hotel to be very convenient for their business needs. The hotel was also at walking distance from shops, restaurants and bars. They also found the hotel to be clean, quiet and safe. They liked the two TVs in the rooms, which could be viewed from both, the pull-out sofa and the bed.

Guests found the breakfast to be delicious and plentiful, and freshly cooked. There was a decent array of items laid out. Guests liked the nice little touches like evening-baked cookies and juices. The all-day coffee/tea and bottled water was an instant hit.

Guests were unhappy with the slow Wi-Fi in the rooms. High-speed Wi-Fi was charged. Guests found that the tubs kept clogging, and took a while to drain. They had to request for extra towels and pillows every time. Guests also noted that the bathroom handles were falling apart. The air conditioner would randomly shut down at night. Guests could also not regulate the temperature of the heater in the room.

Guests noted that the rooms opposite the meeting room were noisy till late at night, and people occupying these rooms had to spend sleepless nights.

Guests have complained that the hotel entrance was not visible from the street. The carpets in the entire hotel are old and worn out, and need to be replaced.
