The hotel is located in the heart of Peoria, just off I-74. There are a number of restaurants and shopping areas nearby from the hotel. Even major tourist attractions in Peoria are at a five-minute drive from the property, and most importantly, the hotel is easily reachable by all modes of transport without much searching hassle.
Guests were impressed with the hospitality of the management as well as of the staff. The staff, undoubtedly was helpful and attentive in their duties, but more so, even the management was involved in managing guest’s queries and complaints and gave personal attention to everyone.
Rooms in the hotel were quite spacious and comfortable. There were separate living areas with pull-out sofas in all the rooms. Plus, necessary amenities and facilities were available and so were microwaves and minifridges.
The hallways were noisy even late night making it very difficult for guests to get a peaceful night’s sleep. There’s constant noise coming in from the street side as well because of the close proximity to the restaurants and shopping areas.
Guests said that breakfast served in the hotel was below average as compared to the standard of a three-star hotel. Moreover, the breakfast area was very crowded and crammed up.
Many guests said that the rooms were unclean and shabby. Guests complained of smell coming from the rooms and roaches and bugs in the same. Towels were not provided near the pool area, and sinks were clogged in some rooms.
