Guests who have stayed at the hotel love its location. With a variety of eateries, stores and attractions in the nearby area, it makes a great base for those visiting Austin for both business and pleasure.

Staff at the hotel are said to be some incredibly helpful and very friendly. Check-in and out is a swift, easy process and guests also remarked that any queries or complaints were resolved quickly, easily and without fuss.

Guests love the heated indoor pool at the hotel. Clean and quiet, it's the perfect place for guests to unwind. The on-site fitness center is also equipped with both free weights and cardiovascular equipment, perfect for guests who wish to stay active throughout their stay. A sports court can also be found at the hotel.

Some guests have commented that the Wi-Fi signal in some rooms (towards the end of the corridors) is quite weak, although guests who have stayed in rooms closer to the center of the hotel haven't noted any issues. Guests requiring consistent access to the internet may wish to request a more central room.

Although not a huge issue, many guests have reported that the elevators at the SpringHill Suites Austin North Parmer Lane are incredibly slow, and slightly unreliable. Guests in a rush may wish to take the stairs!

Some guests have commented that bedrooms are starting to look a little tired, and a renovation wouldn't go amiss. That said, this didn't take away from guests' overall impression of the hotel.
