Because of the hotel's proximity to I-35, traffic noise might keep you awake, especially on weekends and during peak travel season. To mitigate the noise factor, be sure to book a room on a high floor facing away from the Interstate. In addition, the walls here are quite thin, making it easy to hear the goings on in the rooms next to you and above you so requesting a room on the top floor will, once again, be helpful.

Be careful not to leave valuables in your car when you park, as there is no security in the hotel's parking lot and this neighborhood is a bit sketchy.
