Guests mentioned that the guestrooms are clean and comfortable. Many visitors commented that they had a good night rest on the soft beds.

Visitors to this B&B say they enjoyed much of what the hotel had to offer and felt it was a real savings. They point out factors like being just a 20 minute walk to the heart of Belfast, while also being within driving distance to the airport.

Quite a few visitors remarked that the guestrooms can be rather small in size. So, if you expect lots of space to spread out, you won't find that here according to some guests. For many visitors though, the ‘wee’ status of the bed-and-breakfast is part of the appeal.

Since the structure is over 100 years old, it's no surprise to most guests that the walls lack soundproofing. However, some visitors claim they were put off by the level of noise they could hear from the neighboring rooms, staircase and hallways.

Although a majority of people enjoyed their time with the owners, some people remarked that they were treated rudely or they heard the owner speaking harshly to other guests. Other complaints included reservations being overbooked, lack of privacy and challenges over what they were charged.
