Guests have been impressed with the standard of the accommodation at the Residence Inn Reno, often describing the studios and suites as spacious. The units are also found to be well equipped with a fairly impressive selection of amenities, all of which are typically found to work well.

Although there’s nothing particularly remarkable about the location of this hotel, guests have often appreciated being set back from the liveliest areas of Reno yet still remaining within easy reach of shops, dining spots, and entertainment.

Guests report various issues with the standard of housekeeping service. The main problem seems to be that studios/suites are regularly not cleaned at all (even taking into account the three day service for long term guests). Furthermore, when guests reported the problem, some were still left without service.

The haphazard approach to cleaning appears to extend to the common areas and grounds of this hotel. Guests have noted unpleasant smells in the hallways and overflowing trash cans in the grounds.

Although this hotel is often found to be quiet, poor internal soundproofing may mean that this is only the case if there are no babies or dogs staying in nearby rooms.
