The hotel's location is minutes from the beach and close to shops, restaurants and other amenities, saving time and expenses on travelling around the city. The hotel can be easily accessed from the airport by metro and is linked to the main city by tram. With parking available nearby, the location has found great favour with the guests, who enjoy being close to the local attractions. As some of the guests have mentioned, the hotel is an excellent base from which to explore all the facets of the area.

There's a great standard of cleanliness here and guests repeatedly mention how clean and well-maintained the rooms in the hotel are. Daily housekeeping keeps the hotel clean at all times.

Another reason why the guests enjoy staying in this hotel is because there is excellent staff - helpful, professional and friendly. The reception staff members in particular have been mentioned as being very welcoming and also helpful with regard to guiding guests towards getting the most out of their stay.

There's no bar in the hotel, which some of the guests find rather unusual, not to mention inconvenient. Most guests expected a Spanish beach hotel to surely have a bar onsite. It has been noticed that the Wi-Fi system becomes rather weak at times, causing inconvenience.

Although tea and coffee is available in the lobby of the hotel from vending machines, some of the guests miss having a kettle in their room for the sheer convenience.

Although breakfast is free here, some of the guests were a little bored with it. It has been expressed that while the food is plentiful, the breakfast becomes a little monotonous after a few days as it never changes.
