Hotel Soggiorno Ponte Rosso (Florence, Italy)

Guests were happy to have free tea and coffee throughout the day. A simple hot beverage in the morning or in the evening can make a big difference in a stay. The free beverages were a nice thing to have.

Guests found the guesthouse to be a good value considering the rooms were comfortable and the private bathrooms were clean. The free beverages were a nice touch, as well as the air conditioning and the common fridge to keep things cool.

The rooms were found to be comfy and clean by guests. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious as well. It was nice to have a spacious room in a city where it is not common.

The street and city noises from outside were found to be distracting and annoying at the time that guests were trying to sleep. The windows did not do much to reduce the noise level and it would have been good to have some sound isolation.

Guests were thinking that because it advertises itself as a bed and breakfast there would be a breakfast option. Instead, they found that this was not the case.

The guesthouse is not in a central location and it is about two kilometres from there, so at least a 20 minute walk to the central area. Guests would have liked to have been closer but instead had to walk or take transportation to the centre.
