Hotel Sleepwell Motel (Albany, Australia)

Thanks to their reportedly helpful and exceptionally friendly attitude, the staff members were regularly commended by previous guests that stayed at the motel.

Most former visitors were left really happy when it came to the hygiene levels of the accommodation. From the swimming pool to the rooms, all areas of the property were often described as well-maintained and clean.

With points of interest such as Middleton Beach, National Anzac Centre and Albany city centre all a short drive away, the motel's location was summed up as convenient. In addition, and thanks in part to its location, the property was often seen as offering great value for money by many past guests.

According to the feedback of recent visitors, the accommodation's rooms are not in the best general condition. In particular, the rooms were said to be noticeably dated in terms of aesthetics, while they were also supposedly showing signs of wear and tear in areas.

The continental breakfast has not proven to be popular overall with former guests of the motel. As well as generating criticism for not being inclusive with the cost of staying, the variety of the breakfast has also been condemned on occasion.

In terms of negatively received public facilities offered by the accommodation, both the indoor swimming pool and Wi-Fi have left previous visitors disappointed at times. The pool was labelled as cold on multiple occasions, while the reliability of the Wi-Fi was often derided.
