The Siesta Suites is an intimate complex of just four luxury two-bedroom villas around a private pool. Like its name suggests, the residence is ideal for relaxing, a step back from the resort of Maspalomas in Gran Canaria. The stunning self-contained villas each have two bedrooms and can sleep up to five people. On top of a fully equipped kitchen, dining room - overlooking the pool - and terrace, they are all equipped with their own private solariums. Each suite has a PC, DVD player and satellite TV. Free Wi-Fi is available. With a maximum occupancy of 20, the Siesta Suites still offers quality facilities. These include a games room, squash court, sauna and children's playground. Guests can have free fresh bread daily and reserve a private barbecue area. The complex is right next to the golf course and a short distance from the famous Maspalomas sand dunes.
Guests can't get over how amazing this place is and what there is available onsite - despite there only being four villas! The pool and sporting facilities - such as squash court, kids playground and sauna - are all excellent. Guests love also the little touches of having food packs on arrival and free bread daily. Cap it all off with a private barbecue, cooked by the staff, for many it is a dream. A dream they want to relive again.
Although you'll be close to the main resort and the beach - a short drive or taxi ride away - you will be far enough removed to be really able to chill out. Obviously, this depends on your fellow residents, but as most of them seem to be here for the same reason, and they are relatively few, you shouldn't be too disturbed from your tranquillity!
Most guests pick up on the level of cleanliness of the complex. It is not just spotlessly clean, it is kept in pristine condition.
Although the complex has Wi-Fi antennas dotted around, some guests find that the connection drops frequently.
Without being picky, some guests would appreciate just a few more things to make their stay pretty much perfect. For some, the kitchen could be better stocked - for example more glasses, sharper knives or utensils. For others, they would like to get access to English TV channels.
You would probably need a car if you were staying here as it is quite far away from the resort. This doesn't seem to be a problem for most guests though.
