Whoever said breakfast was the best way to start the day must have stayed at this hotel as the selection of food available is excellent. The items are replenished regularly and the standard of food used is very high.
Guests feel like they have experienced exemplary customer service when they stay here. The staff cannot do enough for you and are extremely professional at all times. Be prepared to be greeted by a smile on arrival at the hotel and check-in is fast and efficient. The staff throughout the property also shine and look like they enjoy working here.
In this day and age guests have been left frustrated and disappointed to discover that Wi-Fi is not included in the room rate here unless you are a reward member of the hotel.
Whilst this property was clearly stunning in its prime it is beginning to look dated and shabby and therefore it’s about time that investment was made in a refurbishment to bring it up to the standards you would expect from a premium hotel.
