Xanadu Main Beach Resort consists of luxurious, fully equipped apartments that are easy walking distance from some of the most popular and spectacular beaches of the Gold Coast. Guests can enjoy leisurely holidays as well as adventure packed experiences during their stays here. There are 52 one and two bedrooms apartments with full kitchens including stove tops, fridge and microwave as well as dishwashers. The air conditioned apartments offer ocean views or pool views. The Xanadu Main Beach Resort has its own outdoor pool with sun loungers and heated indoor pool, sauna and spa. There is also a fully equipped fitness centre here for guests. Secure parking, games room, laundry service, tennis courts and reading room are other resort features. There are onsite BBQ facilities. Guests can also get their own meals or step out for a meal at one of many neighbouring joints. The resort is on the boardwalk and a short walk from the beach. Local attractions include Sea World and Cavill Avenue.
Guests had very positive comments to offer about the resort with its comfortable, attractive and well equipped family friendly apartments with their own sun decks/balconies. The resort amenities such as indoor and outdoor pools, fitness centre, sports and other facilities attracted appreciative reviews.
The resort is just a short walk to one of the best beaches in the area. It is also close to the marina, yacht club and surf club, said guests. The lovely ocean views from many of the apartments are another plus point according to guests.

Guests reported that there is some ongoing construction in the area which makes some of the apartments rather noisy. Problems such as the sauna heater being out of order, neither of the two spas being functional and the indoor pool either not being operational or not being warm enough were also reported.
The resort does not supply free pool towels or beach towels. Guests also pointed out that the Wi-Fi is slow and patchy. Free Wi-Fi is offered only up to a limit and at lower speeds, beyond which it needs to be paid for.
