Hotel Sette Angeli Rooms (Florence, Italy)

The host who was mentioned several times by name, was found to be warm and helpful by guests. They remembered nicely how they were treated in a respectful manner. It was a nice way to start their stay in the city.

The rooms were found to be cosy and clean by guests. The spacious bathrooms were a nice surprise while the beds were comfortable to sleep on. The rooms were clean and tidy as well, and had tea makers available.

The guesthouse was found to be ideal for guests who wanted to be in the central area and explore the city. Guests were able to be close to the main market for fresh produce, and they were also walking distance from the train station.

Guests found that there being no lift was a bit annoying since it was difficult to carry their luggage up the stairs. Since the building is old, there is no lift available, for future guests to consider.

The street outside of the hotel was a bit noisy at nights, especially the weekends, which was distracting for guests trying to get some sleep. There was not much sound proofing in the windows.

The Wi-Fi was found to be volatile by guests who stayed here. They found it did not work in certain areas and they felt that the Internet should work in all areas, as advertised. It was disappointing when it would drop or was slow.
