Hotel Sesto Suites Central (Rome, Italy)

The rooms were found to be charming and clean by guests. The beds were found to be comfortable and the furnishings as well, while the bathrooms were clean and worked well. They enjoyed staying in a clean accommodation.

The breakfast was brought to the rooms each morning and consisted of fruits, yoghurts and pastries. Guests felt the items available were more than sufficient considering most hotels provide a pastry and coffee option. There is also a salty option for breakfast.

The bed and breakfast is a close five minute walk from the Termini train station and metro. There are also various eateries and bars within a close distance, while the city's attractions are about two kilometres from here.

Guests found the staff to be a bit indifferent to their needs. They would not hold their luggage after they checked out and the check in would take longer than usual. There was not effort in welcoming the guests and there was little flexibility.

The rooms are not properly soundproofed and guests were able to hear the noises coming from outside. They could hear noise from the traffic and noise from the common areas. The tram lines were outside of the windows.

The Wi-Fi was found to be poor and unreliable by guests. The connection would go on and off during their stay, which was not the best for guests trying to get things done online. The Wi-Fi should have been more reliable.
