The complimentary breakfast was found to be essential by guests who were surprised to have more than a pastry and coffee. Guests enjoyed there were a few more items available to make it a true continental or full breakfast.

The staff were found to be competent and polite by guests who appreciated talking with them. They helped with recommendations of the area which took out the stress of looking for places to eat and attractions to see.

The hotel's location was found to be ideal by guests who were happy to be within walking distance from the Roma Termini train station. The hotel is also close to various eateries and bars, along with more of Rome's city attractions.

The hotel furnishings were found to be old and in need of refurbishment. Guests felt the furnishings and facilities could use a second look. The management does not seem to invest in new facilities and the aspect was not lively.

The Wi-Fi is said to need improvement by guests who stayed here. They mentioned the Wi-Fi was not working well at all in the rooms and that it was difficult to stay connected or have a strong signal. This amenity should be improved according to guests.

The rooms did not have many amenities in the rooms according to guests. They would have preferred to have tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms. There were also little to no furnishings and no showers in the bathrooms.
