Many guests have enjoyed the location of this property, as it sits across the street from Surfers Paradise beach and within walking distance of numerous shops and restaurants. There is a light rail station nearby, as well, which provides easy access to the rest of the city's main attractions.

Multiple guests have reported that the apartments in this building are quite large and provide more than enough room for the entire family. These rooms have separate bedrooms and a kitchen, leaving guests with a comfortable space to spend some time whilst on holiday.

Most of the rooms at this property feature outstanding views of the ocean and this has been appreciated by guests. Those who ended up on the upper floors of this building were particularly impressed by the quality of the view.

There have been complaints about these apartments being old and outdated. The furniture and fixtures in these units are said to be quite old and not as functional as they perhaps should be. In addition, the bathrooms are in rough shape in many of the apartments at this property.

Numerous guests have complained about the units not being very clean upon arrival. This was disappointing because guests had to clean their apartments themselves before they felt truly comfortable with their accommodations and they did not believe that they should have to do this.

Guests haven't been happy about the fact that you have to pay an additional fee for access to the apartment building's Wi-Fi. This was unacceptable because most properties of this type offer free internet for guests.
