Guests enjoyed the morning meal at the hotel. They found that the items offered were of good quality and that the variety was plenty. There was fresh orange juice, breads, various eggs and meats as well. Guests were not left hungry during their mornings here.
The hotel is in a central location in Bahnhofplatz just a few minutes' walk from the main train station. This allowed guests to easily travel the city and head to the airport. Guests were happy to be in the middle of the cultural and shopping district.
The staff was found to be professional and people who knew what customer service was all about. They were warm and friendly to guests. They were attentive with small details like luggage, transportation and other services. It was obvious to guests the staff was professional.
Guests found that the hotel was a bit expensive for what it is. They found that the overall package of the hotel to not warrant such a high price. They figured this was the norm of the city but were surprised at the price.
The guests felt the hotel was a bit too retro and old fashioned in style and décor. They would have liked to have a more modern look and some more facilities offered for the price.
