What a location! You are right in the midst of it all. The hotel is close to the best transportation, and the main Zurich train station that can take you any place you need to go in Switzerland. There are plenty of restaurants and shops in the area too. There is even an Apple products store a couple of minutes away. The old town is just a few steps from the hotel.
Give the breakfast and cocktails a try. The piano bar is cosy and it's also worth paying a bit extra to get a room with an awesome view of the river. The restaurant is worth giving a try.
The staff at the hotel are courteous and dependable. Any request are attended to quickly without hesitation.
What a pity...the hotel Wi-Fi is a let down. It's such a modern facility you would think the Wi-Fi would be second to none, but it isn't.
The rooms are not as large as you might imagine. Yes, the rooms are nicely furnished and efficient and there's enough to take care of your needs; however, you may be surprised that the rooms are not larger compared to the grandeur of the outside of the hotel.
It's natural that it would be noisy since the hotel is in the centre of the city. If you leave the windows closed it's not too bad; however, in the summer months it could get irritating. There's a major tram station outside the hotel as well, which doesn't help the situation.
