Compared to many other hotels in the vicinity, guests found this one to be quite budget-friendly, which they noted was quite useful when planning a Disneyland vacation, for example.

According to guests, the first impression of the rooms is that there is an unpleasant odor, which they noted smelled like a mixture of mold, cigarettes and, in some rooms, urine. They concluded that the carpets are in desperate need of replacement, as are a few other items such as the hard mattresses, the worn furniture and the thin sheets.
Guests pointed out that the staff seemed to perform a rather superficial cleaning of their rooms and would only appear if requested, which many were not told upon check-in.
