A number of guests have access the wireless internet connection provided by the hotel. The speed was relatively fair and was only manageable for light internet browsing. The signal ranged from weak to almost non-existent in some areas but it was fair.
The employees always interact with guests in a professional manner. Guests' satisfaction is their number one priority as they make sure all their requests are being met. They reception team also has a superb familiarity of the surrounding area and are quick to recommend sites, and attractions that they think might be of importance to you.
The hotel is centrally located and therefore close to many amenities such as restaurants, supermarkets and various public means of transportation. Points of interest such as City Hall Manneken Pis are only a short distance away.
Some guests were of the opinion that the rooms were not as spacious as they expected. This together with the somewhat compact beds gave the room a congested feeling.
A few guests have complained about their shower experience at the hotel. At times water was hard to get warm as they would have liked.
Noisy revellers can get quite noisy at times and some guests have complained about lack of a good night's sleep. Sound also easily carries from room to room and guests with noisy neighbours were not amused.
