Most of the guests said that the pub in the hotel was simply excellent. It's the perfect combination of good food and music. The pub is buzzing with lively music and the atmosphere around the place is very energetic. There's also a fireplace near the pub area which is the perfect place to unwind and chill with a beer. The food served in the pub and restaurant was also top class, served in huge portions and offering lot of variety. Hence it's the best place for a perfect evening said guests.

Staff at the hotel as well as the pub and restaurant are very helpful and cordial towards the guests. They were always attentive, eager to help and quickly responded to the queries. The staff always had a cheerful smile while welcoming the guests and the service offered by the staff was almost flawless pointed out some guests.

Rooms in the hotel are well furnished with comfortable beds and linens. Blackout blinds are also available for undisturbed sleep. Moreover, despite the rooms being over the pub area, they are totally quiet and peaceful say guests. All the rooms are equipped with necessities like free Wi-Fi and luxuries like designer toiletries.

Food and drinks at the pub and restaurant were heavily overpriced compared to the rates outside in the London market.

Some guests said the once ever so famous food at the restaurant of the hotel has lost its original taste. Moreover, service and delivery takes quite some time.
