Work orders would seem to never get completed around the hotel. Many guests had to make do with broken or ill working fixtures because the maintenance workers wouldn't arrive on time or at all. Guests even said that they were compensated for the rooms while the repairs were going on.
There were several rooms assigned to guests that didn't have any windows at all. These rooms were reported to have been dark and musty smelling. When asked to be moved to another room the manager moved them into a room that overlooked the patio of an adjacent private home.
