Hotel Rodeway Inn & Suites Colorado Springs (Colorado Springs, USA)

There have been many positive reviews which have mentioned how hardworking and how good the staff are here. They are always so friendly and so welcoming and there are lots of examples of this such as even inviting a long term guest to share their Thanksgiving dinner. Sometimes things go wrong and things happen which are unexpected, but if they are dealt with effectively and without fuss then it is no longer an issue and this is exactly what they do here.

The housekeeping staff do an excellent job of ensuring that the rooms are kept clean which has really impressed previous guests.

You can bring along your pets for a small additional fee and there is also a little dog walking area in the grounds so you can give them a bit of exercise during your stay.

This is not a no smoking property so although you may request a no smoking room some previous guests have found that they were not allocated a no smoking room and you could still smell the odour of stale smoke in the air.

There have been reports and comments from previous hotel guests stating that the hotel is located in quite a run-down and seedy area and that they didn’t think that their vehicles were secure enough in the car park and were worried about some of the people hanging around.

In some areas the building is looking quite old and shabby and could do with a major refurbishment with many fixtures and fittings needing to be replaced.
