The reception people were found to be very nice and courteous by many guests. Guests were happy with the efficient check in and check out process, as well as their local recommendations on places in the area.

The rooms were found to be clean by most guests who stayed here. They were happy to have little to no dust and that the carpets did not smell or had stains on them. The bathrooms were also cleaned nicely, as were the beds.

Most guests were happy with the downtown location of the hotel. It was ideal for leisure and business trips in the downtown area, where you could walk to places like the convention center, shops and eateries. It is centrally located to explore the city.

The continental breakfast was found to be boring and not good enough by guests. They were not impressed with the watered down juices, the still bread and pastries and the lack of items to choose from.

Most guests mentioned the hotel was old and weary, with no elevators. The facilities like the showers and toilets did not look normal or new and some found it a depressing place.

Guests were surprised to find their mattresses were wrapped in plastic. They did not like the beds to have this and wondered how this reduces their hospitality feel. They also did not like the overall ambiance of the hotel, mentioning it felt like a prison.
