There have been a number of reports of really dirty floors, hallways, and just general housekeeping issues from guests who have stayed at Roberts At The Beach Motel. The bathrooms could do with a good make-over, but nontheless, guests did appreciate the good ocean views from their rooms.
Some of the views from the rooms are, unfortunately of much of the garbage from local businesses close by the motel. Most businesses put out their garbage each day; however it is only collected about once weekly, creating a bad stench in the area.
There seems to be an element of strangers, who are not guests at the motel, who hang around after dark. This has an unsettling feeling among those who are genuine guests at the motel. Some visitors do not feel comfortable to go for a stroll at night.
