A number of guests remarked that the hotel here and at nearby restaurants do a great job with food. Many visitors said they really enjoyed the Italian dishes served. The seafood and pizza were specifically called out for their excellence. Guests also gave a shout out to the deserts.

If you're looking for great views of Lake Como, many guests say you'll find it here. Plus, guests mentioned it's only a 15 minute walk to Villa Carlotta. Furthermore, you can catch the ferry to visit other locations around the lake.

The hotel isn't far from the streets and nearby restaurants. If you plan to go to bed early, or you're not a heavy sleeper, you might find it difficult to get some shut eye here. Plus, there is no air-conditioning so when you open the windows, you'll definitely hear the noise.

Some guests mentioned some issues. For instance, mattresses could be more comfortable, pillows fluffier; showers cleaner, better deodorizers and guestroom could use air conditioning. For people who just wanted a casual place to kick back for the night though, they didn't seem to disappointed of this location.

A few travellers said connecting to the Wi-Fi was difficult, and if they did, it was very weak. Guests say not to expect any lightning fast signals here.
