The hotel is centrally located between Miami and Fort Lauderdale, and guests found it convenient for all activities in the area. Aventura Mall is next door and there are plenty of quality restaurants in the near vicinity, which is an added advantage. They also found that the hotel is surrounded by jogging paths to walk and run. Guests liked the general ambiance and cleanliness of the hotel. They were satisfied with the safe neighborhood, the clean pool and the homely feel imparted by the hotel. There are also many beaches within ten minutes' drive from the hotel.

Guests spoke highly of the bilingual staff, who were very friendly and knowledgeable. They found the staff to be helpful and offered genuine care. Guests found the complimentary breakfast to be fresh and adequate. There were eggs, sausages, fruits, biscuits and delicious waffles, thus offering a variety of choice.

Guests loved the well-equipped apartments with full sized fridges, microwaves and dishwashers. They also found the rooms to be clean and spacious with comfortable beds and pillows. The Wi-Fi had a fairly decent speed.

Guests noted that the hotel has an outdated decor and the rooms offered no views. Guests who occupied rooms close to the meeting rooms found it to be too noisy and disturbing. They also complained of unpleasant odor in the hallway. In some rooms the refrigerators and air conditioners made a lot of noise.

Guests complained about the high fees charged for the unsecured self parking and the use of Wi-Fi in the premises. Guests were also charged for luggage storage.
