Many guests found the staff members wonderful to deal with. From those working behind the reception desk, to those behind the bars and in the restaurants they all provide friendly, professional customer service with their guests' needs and comfort at the forefront of their minds.
The rooms in this hotel are spacious and extremely clean. They have undergone recent remodeling so feel very new and fresh. All of the accommodation has comfortable beds and balconies which offer views over the lush surrounding golf courses and pools.
Some guests experienced noise pollution from other guests in connecting rooms. Sounds from staff members from early in the morning in corridors can also penetrate rooms and disturb guests' peace.
The wireless Internet signal doesn't always extend strongly enough into all rooms. The signal can be sporadic so guests can connect their devices only sometimes and then only for a short time.
Some experienced extremely slow service when ordering drinks from the bar servers. Others experienced similar delays after ordering food from the serving staff in the restaurants. There can also be long queues of people waiting for the valet service to return their cars.
