Hotel Residence Europa (Rome, Italy)

Guests liked the fact of booking apartments where they could be independent travelers. They were able to use the kitchens and relax in their own lounge rooms. The space was also good and the furnishings comfortable.

The staff was found to be welcoming and helpful to guests. Even though it is a self-catering hotel, the staff did what they could to give useful information. They also offered a luggage storage and had a free laundry service.

The residence is in an ideal location in central Rome and close to an elegant street. It is close to various shops, eateries and bars, as well as walking distance from the metro and train stations. Rome's attractions were within a close reach.

Guests felt the Internet was poor and only worked in certain areas of the apartments. They felt the signal was not quick and that it would come and go. There were guests who received no Wi-Fi in the apartments.

Guests complained that there was little to no hot water in the apartments. They were surprised that there was not enough hot water to keep up with the demand of the people in the apartments. They warn future guests about this possibility.

The noise coming from outside was found to be hard to ignore by guests. They would have liked for there to be some soundproofing to reduce the noise level. The traffic and other city noises were loud and obvious.
