Hotel Boutique Nazionale (Rome, Italy)

Most guests thought their rooms were nicely kept and cleaned on a daily basis without fail. The rooms also had a spacious and airy feeling to them which was nice to find.

The hotel is located in central Rome within a good, short walking distance from the main Termini train station and from the Trevi Fountain. It is also close to the Vatican Museums, other public transport stations and various restaurants and bars.

Most guests agreed the staff members were a positive group who smiled to their guests and made them feel comfortable. They did their best to help guests find tourist attractions and receive information.

The rooms are found to be a bit noisy in between neighbours since the walls did not do much to cover the noise that came from other places. Some guests were annoyed they had to put up with other people's noise.

The breakfast is found to be a bit boring by some guests who were not used to the coffee, fruit juice and pastry only breakfast. They wanted to be able to have some hot options and more filling choices for the start of the day.

Some guests were left wondering where the advertised amenities went off to. When they got into their rooms there was no mini bars, tea and coffee makers, robes or slippers. There were no English channels and small storage room. Some guests would have liked a little more effort into the amenities.
