A college dorm for most of the year, from May to August, this property is turned into budget accommodation for visitors looking for a bargain in Niagara-on-the-Lake. In terms of value, this place certainly did not disappoint; most guests were simply looking for a place to lay their head at the end of a busy day and this place more than fit the bill.

Overall, the standard of cleanliness here is good. But for many, the stand-out factor is the location. This hotel is ideal for those hoping to do a spot of shopping at the adjacent Outlet Collection at Niagara or great for guests who want to see those famous falls.

The parking here is free and plentiful and even better, the staff here are friendly and helpful. The front desk team have garnered much praise for their efficient, professional attitude.

While this property provided great value for location, for some, the amenities here are a bit lacking. Many had trouble with the Wi-Fi and were only able to connect in the lobby.

There are shops and restaurants near this hotel, but for some, this property is just too far out of downtown Niagara to be convenient.
