Guests felt that the hotel is a decent place to stay in a limited budget. Located two minutes off the highway, it offers easy access to many good restaurants and shopping in Milford Center. Guests loved the woodsy setting of the hotel, and they were delighted to spot deer at night. The hotel features an elevator and a luggage cart. Hence it is easy to reach the rooms on the second floor. They found the property to be well-lit.

Guests mentioned that the competent staff quickly addressed all problems of the guests. They were found to be pleasant and willing to accommodate the needs of guests. The Check-in and Check-out was also done in quick time. Guests also spoke highly of the housekeeping staff.

Guests were satisfied with the basic facilities provided. They were happy with the comfortable beds, soft pillows and other modern amenities in the rooms. They also liked the big flat-screens and the spacious, well-lit work desks. They were also satisfied with the big shower and the decent water pressure in it. They were happy with the heating/AC system in the rooms.

Guests found the bathrooms to be small. They said that the towels were thin and rough, and need to be replaced. Due to its proximity to the Interstate there was noise of traffic in the rooms.

Guests noted that the entrance to the rooms is from the car park, hence it is essential to keep the doors secured at all times; especially guests occupying ground floor level rooms.

The external structure of the hotel needs an update say guests. There is no restaurant on-site, and guests complained that the room service menu was overpriced.
