For many guests, accommodation was better than expected, with things like strong air-conditioning, comfortable beds and spacious interiors that had large TVs.

Guests noticed that staff were trying hard to meet or exceed expectations. Everyone from the front desk team to the housekeeping crew were a pleasure to deal with, and nothing was too much for staff, who were frequently portrayed in a positive light.

While a few guests complained that this hotel is far from downtown and an expensive taxi ride to other points of interest, the majority were won over by the easy access to the highway. If you are just traveling through, this could be a solid choice.

Non-smoking rooms were often found to be smoky, according to guests who also found tell-tale signs of previous smokers such as cigarette burns on furniture and carpets. Other undesirable smells also permeated rooms at times, and guests were forced to change rooms on several occasions.

A bit more attention to detail in the cleaning department would have made a noticeable difference to many guests. And little things like a coffee maker and a microwave in every room would have also been appreciated. Wi-Fi also wasn't the best of the bunch, leaving guests to re-think their decision to stay.

Traffic noise and late night sounds from fellow guests were a problem more than a few times. Guests didn't always report the best sleep, so bring your ear plugs just in case.
