Enthusiastic staff were found to be helpful and efficient. Guests said that check-in was as straightforward as possible, and that staff acted like a concierge service, offering tips and information about the local area.

Guests had mostly good things to say about the location of this hotel. Close to the University of Colorado Anshcultz Medical Center, is was also easy for guests to get to supermarkets and big chain department stores.

Accommodation provided great value, and guests were pleased with the amount of amenities that came standard in all rooms. Guests said that more expensive hotels sometimes didn't have everything that these rooms offered, so it was a pleasant surprise when they got inside.

Poor soundproofing bothered several guests who wished for less noise coming from neighboring rooms. Many guests lied awake at night listening to the sounds of fellow guests' talking and TV shows, so you may want to ask for a room at the end of a hall.

This hotel is 100% non-smoking, but that didn't seem to deter guests from lighting up. A large number of guests complained about cigarette smoke in hallways and accommodation, and many said that this detracted greatly from their stay.

A free breakfast is nothing to scoff at, but many guests just couldn't bring themselves to eat the powdered eggs and watery juice and coffee on offer, or face the cramped and often busy breakfast area. While improvements would be welcome, the good news is that there is a restaurant serving breakfast across the street.
