A number of travelers have commented that they found this basic hotel to be great value for this popular area of Florida. Located close to downtown West Palm Beach and handy for the airport as well as the beaches, many felt that this place offered an overall nice stay at bargain rates.

By all accounts, it appears that the staff here are service superstars. It's not that there are no issues at this hotel; rather, this team go out of their way to resolve any kinks as quickly and as efficiently as possible. For a number of guests, this significantly raised their overall experience at this property.

This hotel has got the basics right: the beds here are comfy, with guests commenting very positively on the quality of their rest. Additionally, many also really appreciated just how clean and tidy this property's pool area is kept.

Unfortunately, some feel that the interior of this property could really do with a refresh. It's not easy to keep the damp under control in Florida's tropical climate, but there were multiple reports of moldy carpets and damp, deteriorating ceilings here.
