Hotel La Quinta Inn & Suites West Palm Beach Airport (West Palm Beach, USA)

Guests who have traveled on business and those with family have both said that the La Quinta Inn & Suites West Palm Beach I-95 is a convenient place to stay. They said the hotel was in a perfect location close to I-95 with many brand eating places like Sweet Tomatoes right outside the hotel.

Several guests found the staff kind and courteous. They said the members do all they can to make sure that their stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible. Many guests who are re-visitors said that their stays at the hotel have always been great.

Guests found the rooms comfortable and the presence of microwave and fridge a bonus. They said that the rooms were large too.

Guests who travel with pets said that though the hotel is pet friendly, it is not a good place to stay for them as the premises has very little grass anywhere and not much space for pet walking. The carpets in the hallways were filthy and the wallpaper was peeling off the walls both in the hallways and in the other common areas.

Several guests said that they did not feel secure in the hotel as the security latches on the doors were not good. The screws were loose and they felt the doors could easily be kicked open. The doors were hard to close as well and many guests had the feeling that they would be unable to get out.

Many guests had issues with the housekeeping staff who did not maintain the rooms well. The carpets were only swept and not vacuumed, so it was black and slimy. Also there was a strong cigarette smell even in the non-smoking rooms.
